No refunds will be issued. Store merchandise refunds will be in the form of a direct merchandise exchange or store credit.
Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from a council mistake or defective merchandise.
Return shipping costs are not covered by Girl Scouts of WI Badgerland Council, Inc. unless the return is a result of a council mistake or defective product. Items can also be returned in person at one of our retail locations during shop hours.

Merchandise must be in new condition and in current stock to be returned. Merchandise missing tags, outdated or used will not be refunded.
Returns are not accepted on fun patches, clearance items, discontinued merchandise, books or requirement sheets.
